Our Marketing Growth team is a key part of LiveChat, a leading product in the customer service space. We focus on customer acquisition, education, and retention, and collaborate closely with our Product Teams. Our primary goal in the coming months is to strengthen the acquisition of our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
We're on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong analytical skills to help us step up our acquisition game.

Join us and work hand in hand with Gabi (Leader of the Growth Team), Krzysiek (Video Marketing Lead), Greta (Product Marketing Manager), and many, many more who stand behind marketing at LiveChat.
Planning, developing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns that align with our acquisition targets;
Managing and optimizing ads across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn;
Collaborating closely with content writers, designers, and web developers to create assets and optimize ad performance;
Analyzing web analytics and ad performance;
Reporting and budgeting.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (PiwikPro as additional is a plus);
Strong experience with ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn;
Knowledge in setting up and managing tracking;
Experience working with high-traffic websites (>1mln monthly visits) - preferably in SaaS or E-commerce industry;
Analytical mindset, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights;
Great communication that allows explaining complex analytics insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Get yourself something to drink and let’s talk. Tell us about your professional experience, the results of your work, and your values. We’ll tell you a little bit about the company, products, and company culture. We’ll also talk about the money and your availability.
At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.
We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team.
