Google Calendar for LiveChat allows you to invite customers for a meeting in a flash. Just choose the desired meeting duration and send an invite to chat. Customers see the agent's availability and can pick the most suitable slot for the call.
Once you’re connected with your Google Calendar, you’ll be able to set your availability times. By default, your meeting availability is set as ‘Weekdays, 9am-16pm’. It’s easy to add or change your availability for weekdays, weekends, or specific days and times.
If you’ve already got meetings booked in your Google Calendar during your available times, those slots won’t be available to your customer.
